Santa Barbara Style
A custom-built Transitional Spanish Villa; a spacious, open floor plan and large view windows throughout,
reveal panoramic vistas of the Pacific Ocean, the Queen's Necklace, and the downtown L.A. skyline. The pool and patio areas, adjacent a state-of-the-art open kitchen via dramatic glass pocket doors, are remarkably private; a sensational setting for festive gatherings.
Golf Course Contemporary
Designed and built from the ground up by Peninsula Homes Group as a showcase of PHG's signature style, this spectacular home was featured in the PV Art Center's 30th Anniversary Homes Tour, The Unexpected Revealed.
Sea Side Estate
Overlooking the coastal blufftops, this breezy, open floor plan was made for entertaining. Neighboring the main residence is the fully equipped pool house, ideal for summer parties. The pool and water features are exquisite and custom built, among neatly tended gardens. An outdoor fireplace allows for cozy conversation on cooler evenings.
A "Spirited" Remodel
A major update to the original 1950s floorplan, keeping the main structure of the home. Interior spaces were reconfigured with raised beamed ceilings to emphasize the spectacular view. An open concept kitchen and adjoining great room with vaulted ceilings impart a sense of spacious elegance with a comfortable flow for intimate social gatherings.
New owners sensed the potential of this older structure on a fantastic view lot in Palos Verdes Estates. Working closely with the architect, PHG crafted a custom interior/exterior/hardscape
overhaul utilizing the existing framework and foundation. A traditional two-story home is transformed to an open concept multilevel contemporary masterpiece featuring an outdoor built-in kitchen and walk-in wine room among other unusual amenities.
Gardens and Patios
Under-utilized outdoor spaces were reconfigured to complement the Spanish Mediterranean architecture of the main residence. Hardscape, stonework and landscaping were designed and custom built by PHG's in-house stonemasons. The grounds and gardens blend seamlessly into the landscape. Stairways and winding paths reveal hidden nooks for relaxation or alfresco entertaining.
