Rebuilt

New owners sensed the potential of this older structure on a fantastic view lot in Palos Verdes Estates.  Working closely with the architect, PHG crafted a custom interior/exterior/hardscape

overhaul utilizing the existing framework and foundation.  A traditional two-story home is transformed to an open concept multilevel contemporary masterpiece featuring an outdoor  built-in kitchen and walk-in wine room among other unusual amenities.

Gardens and Patios

Under-utilized outdoor spaces were reconfigured to complement the Spanish Mediterranean architecture of the main residence.  Hardscape, stonework and landscaping were designed and custom built by PHG's in-house stonemasons.  The grounds and gardens blend seamlessly into the landscape.  Stairways and winding paths reveal hidden nooks for relaxation or alfresco entertaining.
